Amy’s Dining Room Table

One of the first dining tables I have built. Number 2 to be exact. And like usual, I’m on a quest to find a design that doesn’t expire in my mind within a day or two.

What is known is the size, feature, and wood species. So with a few table ideas in mind, I headed to the lumber yard. Walnut. 5/4, 6/4 and 8/4. 8 person dining table with room for end chairs. I’m shooting for 84″ x 40ish”. Typical 30ish” from the ground.
